The e-ticket confirmation sent via email has to be presented at Sentosa 4D AdventureLand
ticketing counter to redeem your admission wristband / ticket.
A valid photo ID must be presented upon request for verification prior to redemption.
There will be no replacementof any lost or defaced ticket due to the negligence of the e-
ticket holder.
All bookings are on pre-payment terms and must be made with a valid credit / debit card.
Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash. Any amendments will not
be entertained.
Sentosa 4D AdventureLand is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorised
duplication of the confirmed e-ticket presented.
Sentosa 4D AdventureLand shall not be held responsible and/or liable for any injuries, death,
loss or damages to personal belongings within its premises or its other partners.
Sentosa 4D AdventureLand reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions,
and/or withdraw any of the promotion without prior notice.
